What is a bushing used for?
A bushing reduces the size of a threaded connection, allowing a smaller component to be fitted into a larger threaded opening.
Which standards apply to this product?
ASME B16.11 — forged fittings, socket-welding and threaded. The applicable standard and its edition are confirmed for each enquiry.
Which materials and grades are available?
ASTM A105 — carbon steel forgings; ASTM A182 F304 / F316 — stainless steel forgings; ASTM A182 F11 / F22 — alloy steel forgings. Availability of a specific grade is confirmed against your requirement.
What size range can be supplied?
Commonly NPS 1/16–4; pressure class 2,000, 3,000, 6,000 or 9,000 where applicable.
Can mill test certificates be provided?
The documentation available for a given supply — including mill test certification and any third-party inspection requirement — is confirmed in writing at quotation stage.
Do you supply outside Kolkata?
Enquiries from across West Bengal and India are welcome. Delivery timelines and freight are quoted against the destination and quantity.
